“The Carpathian Mountains are home to thousands of unreached
Ukrainians, living quite isolated from the modern world. In the summer
of 2008, a team of men will go to the mountains of Ukraine and preach
Jesus to those who have never heard.” I feel that God has called me to
participate in this for this upcoming summer (leaving on June 3rd and
returning to the U.S. on Aug. 15th).
The total cost for the trip is about $5,000 (including airfare,
supplies – we’ll be backpacking into the mountains each week on foot,
camping out as we go! – along with our living expenses while we’re back
in the city of L’viv). I will be raising this support from my local
church and others who are willing to support me either financially or
in prayer (or both!) during this time.
If there is any way that YOU
could support me in this endeavor than
please get in touch with me. I am asking not just for financial
support, but also to know that I have an army of prayer warriors behind
me as I leave on this mission for Christ. Also, while I am in Ukraine,
I will be doing an update during the times I have access to the
